A few years ago, I had NO idea how overwhelming it would feel trying to stay healthy while pregnant.

AND I'm supposed to just let my whole body change so I can give my baby a "healthy and safe" delivery??

When I first got pregnant, I genuinely thought I had to just "let myself go" for my baby to be healthy...

I thought I had to "ditch" my fitness goals to take care of the baby growing inside of me.

I was wrong.

...but not because I needed to keep crushing my goals...

Because my fitness goals changed to benefit me AND my baby.

Working out became a commitment to my physical & mental health that I knew I needed to make for the sake of my family.

After a miscarriage in my first pregnancy, I was determined to create the best home for my next baby.

Only a couple months later, I was pregnant again

And I began to Google EVERYTHING:
- How much should I workout when pregnant...
- Pregnancy safe workouts...
- Is it safe to eat ___ while pregnant...

Everywhere I looked, I saw mixed information, scary warnings, and loads of different advice, and I felt like I was one wrong move away from hurting myself or my baby.

I asked my community what struggles they faced when it came to working out while pregnant...

They told me:

“I’m scared of doing the wrong thing.”
I need safe modifications — not just random TikTok advice.”
“My back, hips, and pelvic floor hurt.”

That’s exactly why I made prenatal Pilates workouts, taught by a PREGNANT & CERTIFIED pre-&-postnatal instructor (me).

Pilates is low impact and super gentle on the body. PLUS, my prenatal workouts are specifically designed to help you prepare for labor & delivery, stay in shape while pregnant, and radiate confidence with every change in your body

I've accumulated nearly 1,000,000 followers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube helping women radiate confidence and get in shape with Pilates, Barre, & Strength workouts with nearly 10 years of coaching experience .
