On the website, make sure you are logged in, then click your profile picture in the top righthand corner. Select "Active Packages" to navigate to your active subscriptions. Once the desired subscription tier is identified, click the 3 dots on the righthand side, select "Cancel", and select "Yes."
On the app, make sure you are logged in, then click your profile picture in the top righthand corner. Select "Active Credits + Memberships" to navigate to your active subscriptions. Once the desired subscription tier is identified, click "Cancel", then select "Yes, cancel my subscription."
