To sign up for Sweaty Studio, simply visit our pricing page and click on the "Buy Now" button. You will be prompted to create an account by providing your name, email address, and creating a password. Once registered, you can choose a subscription plan that suits your needs.

The monthly challenges are designed with 3-4 workouts to complete each week. This is to help you stay on track, as we all get busy and no one is 100% consistent. You should only do what your energy levels allow. So if you are feeling extremely tired or low-energy, maybe you only do 2 of the 3 workouts for the week. Or if you're having a week with lots of energy, you can do all 3-4 and even add additional workouts to your schedule.

It's important to workout with your energy & hormone levels. Your body can communicate to you through your energy levels to help you determine how many workouts to complete each week. I make weekly schedules for each day of the week for those interested in working out every day. Another way to stay consistent is through monthly challenges, which usually involves completing 3-4 workouts per week and engaging with our Sweaty community.
