"I absolutely love the Sweaty Studio. There are so many different classes that range from 5 minutes to 45 minutes. Callie is the best pilates teacher and is so positive and motivating throughout the class. She also has a lot of beginner and advanced classes as well. I also really like how she has “period friendly” pilates classes that I like to do during my period. Her workouts are also organized my menstrual cycle phase, and she does monthly challenges that come with affirmations and journal prompts which I love."
"This is literally the best workout program I have done! Callie the instructor is the most incredible person and coach her affirmations make me feel so confident in my skin and good about the time I’m putting in towards my health. There is a huge variety of workouts depending on your energy level and where you are in your cycle. I learned so much about cycle syncing my life through Callie and now swear by it! Seriously her workouts made me fall in love with exercise and now being a Pilates princess is part of my personality and I workout 6x a week! Seriously you will not regret signing up and it’s totally worth it!"
