I'm writing this from the beach where i just saw 4 eagle rays swimming together in the ocean, and omg it was so cute!!
I thought about how beautiful and peaceful they were, just gliding through the water and waves.
I think a lot of times life gets the better of us and we forget that this kind of bliss is possible for us even when we're stressed out.
You have this peace inside of you, and it's just waiting for you to tap into it.
My experience as a holistic health coach helped me organize all our journal prompts for some amazing healing opps :)
I genuinely think that doing these 2 things can bring you healing:
- Think about your mental health on a scale from 0-10, with 10 being the most healthy. Now ask yourself, no judgement, "why is that the number I feel right now?"
- Now tell yourself out loud "I am going to heal from whatever I'm struggling with, starting today".
You have officially entered your healing girl era!
You took ownership and claimed your healing and shown yourself love that you deserve. Remember, you are deserving of love and healing. Ok??
